Shanghai Metro Line 2: ATP from GLR to PDA Started Operation Successfully

On Apr.8, Shanghai metro line 2 east extension section formally put into revenue service, which led SL2EE signal system project undertaken by SRC to a new landmark. The final crucial node of ATP (Automatic Train Protection) phase ¨C the section from Guanglan Road Station to Pudong International Airport Station has also finished successfully.
By now, the service security certification has been issued and revenue service has been started throughout the east extension section. The next challenge faced by SRC is the work of maintaining for World Expo & ATO (Automatic Train Operation) debugging of the system. SRC will take all its effort for the perfect outcome. |
