JT1-CZ2000 cab signaling carborne equipment is the key unit of the train-operation-control system. It is mainly used to receive the information from the ground equipment through the rails, and process & encode the information, then indicate them to the operator and transmit to the sub-control systems.

 

JT1-CZ2000 consists of cab signaling host machine (including cab signaling recorder), terminal box with power supply, double receiving coils and display unit.

The working principle of the JT1-CZ2000 is that the frequency-shifting and AC counting information are received by the cab signaling host machine¡¯s two PCBs (standby state) through two receiving coils under the locomotives and above the rails. Each PCB has two separately signal and encoding channels. The lighting information, of which ¡°red¡± indicates stop, ¡°yellow¡± indicates ambling and ¡°green¡± indicates getting across, will be output after verified only if the encoding result is same.

 

It could be installed on both diesel and electric locomotives, and adapted for both electrification and non-electrification railways.
