Working environment:
All departments has formulated post descriptions and put up them on walls. These management regulations clarify the functions, post duties and workflows of each department of the factory, guiding staff to work efficiently.
On the basis of standardization, the factory offers the space for staffs to exert their creativities. We have established the LAN through which all the personnel of administrative departments and engineering departments can work efficiently.

The training of staff:

The factory requires and encourage the staff to attend trainings, in particular, the average minimum training time each person shall enjoyed every year is stipulated in detail in the labor contract signed by the staff and factory. On the other hand, the factory puts into a large amount of resources to carry on specialty training and comprehensive quality training to its staff in order to accelerate their development.
