General Description

Station Computer Interlocking System, by computer and communication technologies, controls the signal equipment of the stations (including the receiving yards, departure yard and end of marshalling yard), realizing the interlocking of the signals, switches and sections. It is one of the basic equipments that ensure the safe operation of trains. Besides the interlocking function to ensure the safe running and shunting of the trains, TYJL-II Computer Interlocking System also possess the single rolling and continuous rolling functions. Its field signal equipment reserve the equipment adopted in the electric concentrations. And its executing group circuits, including the switch startup circuit, signal lights lighting circuit and track circuits, still adopt matured relay circuits, and other circuits are all replaced by the computer interlocking. In December 1997, the system passed the scientific and technological achievement authentication of MOR, and in 1999 it won the first prize for science and technology progress of MOR. In 2003 the system was greatly improved that the STD bus was replaced by the APCI bus, the old RS232 communication was replaced by the ARCNET network, and the electromagnetic compatibility was improved by the whole rack structure and the integrate circuits adopt 54-series military chips.
